Return Policy

  1. Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any wigs that have been worn or altered in any way cannot be returned.
  3. Return Process:

    • Customers must submit a return request via email or an online form, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
    • Upon receiving the return request, the retailer will provide a return authorization code and return address.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being shipped, the retailer will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong color), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the retailer will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  6. Exchange Policy:

    • If the customer wishes to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or style), they should return the item and place a new order. The retailer does not offer direct exchanges but may provide a discount or promotion for new orders.
  7. Exceptions:

    • If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, the customer should contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item to receive a full refund or replacement.
